Sarrah F. Dibble-Camburn is a graduate of Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where  she earned her BFA in Painting, PA Teaching Certificate, and Masters in Art Education.  Camburn  enjoys teaching art at Blue Ridge High School in New Milford, Pennsylvania.

Sarrah's art is mostly inspired by nature and horses.   She created Epona's Paintbrush  and her Etsy  shop in 2010, where she sells prints and original work.  The title, Epona, was chosen after the Celtic  Goddess of horses, ponies and donkeys.

She and her husband, Bucky, have two dogs, a small herd of horses, and a donkey.  Along with  teaching art in  the high school, Sarrah enjoys showing and training her own reining horses.
